60 Minutes recently ran a great piece on “The Birdmen”—the guys who go careening down sheer mountain faces wearing tricked-out wing suits like the one pictured below. For someone like me, who’s pretty damned scared of heights, just watching is completely harrowing.
There are people all over the world using these suits, but one of the guy in this video, JT Holmes, is a well known US pro skier. Which would explain how they got linked up with 60 Minutes.
